With iOS 11.3, Apple™ introduced the ability delay new software updates, which allows software updates to be hidden from the device for 90 days after the release date. This feature prevents users from upgrading devices immediately after a new iOS release becomes available. When this setting is enabled, users will not see new iOS updates or be prompted as they currently do. The image below is an example of what a user may see when the setting is enabled.

This feature is turned by on default for Voalte Connect customers.

Non-Voalte Connect customers must work with their MDM vendor to set up the 90 day delay.
