20190125: iOS Voalte Me 3.7.1 Site Code prompt.

Purpose.

The purpose of this bulletin is to inform all hospital leaders and staff responsible for the support of devices running Voalte Me^™ about an issue regarding the need to enter the site code after upgrading to iOS Voalte Me 3.7.1.

Background.

On January 22, 2019, Voalte released iOS Voalte Me 3.7.1. Since that release, there have been reports of end users being asked to enter their Voalte Me site code upon upgrade. A small subset of users who upgraded have been affected.

Impact.

iOS Voalte Me users will need to be provided your hospital’s Voalte Me site code in order to resume normal use of the application.

Android Voalte Me users are not affected.

Next steps.

Voalte is working to determine the root cause of this issue and release a fix. If any further action is needed, another bulletin will be sent with instructions.
