20190702: Release of Voalte Platform Server 3.7.3.

Purpose.

The purpose of this bulletin is to inform all hospital leaders and staff responsible for the support of Voalte Platform^™ that Voalte has released Voalte Platform Server^™ 3.7.3.

Background.

Voalte Platform Server 3.7.3 includes a new feature, bug fixes and performance improvements. The full list of updates is provided in the release notes.

Feature

Details

Automatically add patient information to a new text message started within a patient listing in Voalte Platform.

Customers with Voalte Platform Server 3.7.3 or above will have the option to automatically add patient information in the body of a Voalte Platform message initiated from the patient’s screen that is sent to one or more people on the care team.

This feature is turned off by default.

Once customers are running the Voalte Platform Server 3.7.3, a Voalte employee must enable the auto_fill_patient_info_conversation configuration setting in order to start using the feature.

Impact.

On July 2, 2019, Voalte Platform Server 3.7.3 will replace Voalte Platform Server 3.7.1 as the latest version.
