20190813: Voalte Support email address change.

Purpose.

The purpose of this bulletin is to inform all Voalte customers about the change to

the Voalte Support email address.

 

Background.

Voalte recently switched the domain name of its email addresses, which affects the Voalte 
Support email address and how Voalte Support tickets are submitted.

 

Impact.

Effective immediately, the email for customer technical support issues has been changed to [email protected]. Please update your records and processes to reflect this change. 

 

IMPORTANT! The [email protected] email address is no longer in operation and should NOT
be used.

 

For those who have access to the Voalte Support portal, we encourage you to submit tickets directly in the Voalte Support portal at https://voalte2.zendesk.com/, using the Submit a ticket feature.

 

As always, urgent issues should be called into our support line at 1-844-283-7110.

 

If you submitted a ticket prior to Monday, August 12, 2019, and are waiting for a reply from Voalte Support, please log into the Voalte Support portal and check the status of your ticket. If you do not see your most current reply, please copy and paste it into the ticket.
