Autoconfiguration Error - Troubleshooting

Error Message: Autoconfiguration failed: Please contact administration

This means that the application is not able to communicate with the Voalte Server, because it was not able to generate the server specific settings based on the current WiFi connection.

  1. Check that WiFi is turned on

  2. Check that the device is connected to the correct SSID
  3. Check that Do Not Disturb and/or Airplane mode have not been enabled

  4. Check that autoconfig has been enabled within the application settings. 

    Settings other than "Use Autoconfig" should not be modified in the Application Settings screen. Any modifications can lead to unexpected behavior.
