Backwards Compatibility Validations

Voalte Platform is primarily validated as follows:

• Any Voalte One or Voalte Me new release is validated with the most current server version and older server versions, up until a certain point.
  • Example: Voalte One 3.7.9 is validated with Server 3.4 through 3.7.9.
  • Important! As of January 1, 2020, Voalte will only be testing back through server version 3.5. Please refer to the following article for more information: /en/knowledge/article/portal/360028811532-20190604-Voalte-Platform-validations-for-calendar-year-2020-
• Voalte Messenger and Voalte Admin are only validated with the server version that it was packaged with.
  • Admin 3.7.9 is validated with the 3.7.9 server.

Note: Always reach out to Voalte personnel to confirm app and server validations before upgrading.
