CIWS Box for Shipping

I need a box to ship my CIWS / Connex Integrated Wall system back for repair / service.

INTERNAL USE ONLY: 

CIWS- Repair Process for Box Request 
To send a CIWS shipping box at no charge:

1) Create an OR Order (Do not launch order from Service Notification- create a separate order) for part number 104279. The box will pull in at $0.

2) Shipping Level of Service should be Ground unless they are a PIC Customer then it would Overnight. 

3) Shipping Terms should be set to 70 Prepaid

4) Make a note in order External Header text of ZZ notification number.

5) Note in the long text of ZZ notification that a box shipped to customer under OR# XXXXXXXXX

*If they are a PIC customer, we would also supply a return pre-paid label.  For PIC customers, please send them a pre-paid shipping label.

Q: Under warranty will we send them out a box or shipping label?  

A: Yes on Box , Yes on shipping label

Q: Under PIC will we send them out a box, or shipping label?          

A: Yes on both

Q: Out side of warranty do we offer a box or shipping label?          

A: Yes on box, No on shipping label.
