Common bulk Import Issues

Invalid Field Value	The building, unit and/or department are not the same as what is in Admin. Check for spelling mistakes or check to see if those fields have been created yet in Admin.
Default Role Error	The user's default role is not in the system. Check for misspellings, the comma in wrong place, correct parent group (ex: Clinical), and that the role actually exist in Admin
UTF-8 Error	There is a character in the excel file that is not UTF-8 compatible. The easiest way to resolve is to import into google docs, export into new excel workbook, and then import.
Extension Assigned or Unavailable	Either the extension is in use by another staff member, is being used for an exclusive role, or does not exist in the Extension Range
Role Error	A role other than the default role is not in the system. Check for misspellings, the comma in wrong place, correct parent group (ex: Clinical), and that the role actually exists in Admin
Import Failure	Either the headers are incorrect or a column that needs to be filled out is incorrect/blank
Usename already in Use	The username is currently already assigned to a user in the directory, or the username is in the deactivated list. If deactivated, must reactivate first and then fill out the profile. If user exists, there might be additional roles that need to be added from the bulk import. Please make sure all necessary roles are available.
Email already in Use	The email is currently already assigned to a user in the directory. Very likely the user already exists but has a slight alteration to the spelling of the username. Need to confirm which one is correct in their Active Directory
Extension Not Assigned	The user has been given Voalte One access, but not assigned an extension
GUID Error	If attempting to bulk edit users already in Admin, the GUID field needs to be filled in to allow bulk edit permission. The proper GUID is found by exporting the directory. Upon export, a unique GUID is assigned to each username
Cannot find user with Search	Make sure the Display Name field for each name in the upload does not begin with a space or have a double space between the first name and last name
Photo Upload: "Import failure."	When bulk importing photos via a zip file, the zip file should only contain the individual user photos and not the folder that contains the photos.
