What is Hill-Rom Direct Plus?

Hill-Rom Direct Plus is a loyalty program for customers who purchase parts from Hill-Rom Direct. Once customers sign up, they’ll receive:

free ground shipping and handling on all parts orders for their first six months and
exclusive discounts and promotions.

Membership is completely free. As Hill-Rom Direct evolves, we’ll add even more benefits to Hill-Rom Direct Plus.

How Can Customers Sign Up?

Joining Hill-Rom Direct Plus couldn’t be easier.

After a customer signs in to Hill-Rom Direct, they can click on the name menu and select Direct Plus.
Field Service technicians and SmartCare representatives can share their Direct Plus IDs with customers. If the customer hasn’t received a Direct Plus ID, instruct them to enter PARTS123 and click on the Save Direct Plus ID button.
They are now a Hill-Rom Direct Plus member!
