How do I upload a user photo?

Applies to Voalte Admin versions: 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7.

There are two ways to add photos to a user's account within Voalte Admin:

• From the user editor
• From Bulk Import

From the user editor

1. Click Manage →  Users.
2. Expand the user that you are adding the photo for and click EDIT.
3. Click EDIT PHOTO.
4. Locate the file and then click Open.
5. Click "Save Current User". 

Rules for importing from the user profile

• Image file format must be .png or .jpg.
• Image size cannot exceed 100 x 100 pixels.
• The size of each image file must be less than 10KB. 

From Bulk Import

1. Click Setup →  Bulk Import.
2. From the Import menu, choose Photos.
3. Click Import.
4. Select the ZIP file on your computer that contains the photos.
5. Click Open to upload the file.

Note: If there is an issue with any of the photos, you will be given the option to download a .CSV file describing the errors. Any photo not on that list was successfully imported.

Rules for importing from Bulk Import

• Image file format must be .png or .jpg.
• Image size cannot exceed 100 x 100 pixels.
• The size of each image file must be less than 10KB.
• The filename of each photograph must match the username.
• The batch file must be in .zip format.
