How to disconnect a device from a charging station.

It is important to disconnect your devices from a charging station correctly.

IMPORTANT! Failure to disconnect your devices correctly could result in premature wear and tear and/or damage to your equipment.  

Follow the directions below to disconnect a device from your charging station. 

  1. Open the charging station door(s) and pull out the sliding drawer of the charging station. 
  2. Using your fingers at the device/battery pack's connection point, disconnect the micro USB cable.
    IMPORTANT: Do not yank or pull the micro USB cable.

CORRECT: Disconnecting the cable at the device/battery pack's connection point.   INCORRECT: Do not yank or pull the cable out of the device.

IMPORTANT! You must store your charging station micro USB cables and connected devices correctly to avoid putting extra tension on the micro USB cable. Failure to store your devices and cables correctly could result in premature wear and tear and/or damage to your equipment.
