Information needed to troubleshoot wireless issues

Is this house wide or for one user?  
Is this occurring in one specific location? Unit? In elevator? In stairwell?  
Validate this is Voalte to Voalte, Cell to Voalte, Landline to Voalte or a mix?  
Do we have examples of this occurring? Times, Dates, User, Number being called, Number calling, etc.  
Can we install the WIFI diagnostics on the phone?  
Do you have power saving features enabled on the access point(s)?  
Are the access points plugged into a 1Gb switch?  
Enable additional logging for android or iphone?  
Are pcaps running from the server side to the device?
