When you receive calls from customers who indicate that they are unable to replace their y-cords, please note that the new headphones have a ‘cap’ that needs to be removed first in order to expose the side of the headphone where the Y cable screws are. At that point they can remove the screws with a Metric .9mm HEX KEY.
