If a CCR or SRS has someone asking for  p/n 410972 (CSM DEMO Kit), please contact Tiffany Moon to let her know.  Sales Rep would have received this item with the original demo shipment and should not be asking for extras.

Please be aware that p/n 410972 (CSM DEMO Kit) is not a saleable part to customers or to Sales Reps.  This part number was created to be used only at the launch of the CSM to provide our reps with demo kits.  Sales Reps should not be asking for extra demo kits to be shipped to them.  

There is a pop up in SAP that should help stop orders from being entered.   Marketing needs to keep this part number live through July when the second round of demo kits will be delivered.

Until they can block the part number in SAP, please try to remember this item should not be sold/shipped to anyone.
