ADP Payroll

As part of the Hill-Rom / Welch Allyn integration, the Welch Allyn payroll will transition from SAP to ADP with the April 1, 2016 paycheck.  The time management system will change on March 27, 2016 for the April 15th paycheck.

Processing of the Welch Allyn payroll will transfer to the Hill-Rom payroll team in the Batesville, Indiana office. The internal Welch Allyn payroll team will no longer be a resource for payroll and time related questions effective April 1. Going forward, if you have payroll or time questions, please contact the Hill-Rom payroll team at 800-617-9784 (option #2, then option #3), or directly at (812) 934-1402. The Hill-Rom payroll team consists of:

·         Donell Shivers (payroll manager)

·         Amy Slayback (senior payroll administrator for non-exempt / hourly)

·         Terri Rich (senior payroll analyst for exempt and commission).

How Does This Change Affect You?

·         The April 1st paycheck will be processed by ADP. You will have access to the ADP portal to review pay statements.  Nonexempt time will continue to be entered in SAP for the April 1 check.  Hourly employees will continue to use current scanning method for the April 1 check.
