Below please find a quick update regarding Allscripts Unity and appropriate actions based on customer types. Please share with your team as necessary. 

1 - For new Allscripts Unity CPWS customers with questions, customer should be directed to their respective Solution Architect

2 - For customers who have UAI for CPWS and want to upgrade to Allscripts Unity, we currently don't have a solution available for them.

3- For customers who have UAI for CPWS and are calling with questions or need technical support, please continue to handle as you normally would.

There will be training for Allscripts Unity around the time of the release and more information will be provided at that point. Please let Charlie Baldwin or Steve Bennett know if you have any questions in the meantime.
