In 2015, we had a redesign to the Screw connectors that ship with all of our blood pressure cuffs to no longer allow them to function as a luer-slip so they will only work as a threaded, screw connector. This change was made because of ISO 81060 standards that requires removal of luer-lock and luer-slip compatible connectors to be compliant to ISO 81060.
Thanks,
Jamie Wood
