Effective 11/1/15 the stand alone Braun Pro4000, part 04000-200 is only available for service replacement purposes & no longer available for sale in the US. 

• If the customer is looking to purchase a new stand alone Braun ear thermometer, refer the customer to Braun ThermoScan PRO 6000  

Braun Pro4000 Service Process, using ZERO Service Replacement Orders:

• For Braun Pro4000 stand alone unit warranty/service replacement, replace with Braun Pro6000 part number 06000-200(AA Battery)  or 06000-200 + 06000-100 (Rechargeable Battery)
• For Spot Lxi with Pro4000 warranty/service replacements, use part #4500-54.
• For CVSM/CIWS with Pro4000 warranty/service replacements, use part 104037.
