The Welch Allyn and Hillrom Canada toll free number is 800-267-2337 for customers calling within Canada.

For discounts over $10,000 the US policy requires approval from a VP, which for Canada would normally be directed to Mike Hamilton. He has allocated his authority, per the documentation linked below, to Jeff Moorehead. Therefore these requests for approval should be sent to Jeff Moorehead going forward.

Canada Fiscal 2021 Discount Approval Levels - this outlines what persons and posistions have the ability to discount. Always need approval attached to orders. NON CONTRACT only.

Canadian Transaction Signing Authority - this document outlines Persons and Positions of authority as it relates to approving sales related contracts, RFP's, Bid Responses and Amendments.

For Credit Returns-, Authorizations may be escalated to Fabio Di Giandomenico <[email protected]> and he will bring them to the Distribution Relationship Manager for the account.

If you receive a Hillrom bed call, you can transfer the caller directly to this 866-506-1355 toll free number using Xfer-MIS transfer queue in Interaction Desktop. Please qualify the call for Technical Support, Parts or Purchase information prior to transfer, the appropriate MIS queue can be used. When you transfer the caller back to Hillrom Canada please let them know not to choose Option 1 as they will be redirected back to us.
