Welch Allyn Product Service does repair of the Blower for the Compella Bariatric bed.
If we receive a call from a Hill-Rom Field Service Rep about the status of a blower repair, please ask them for the SAP (or web RMA) number that begins with a “9”. If you receive call from an end-user or are unable to answer a Field Service Rep’s question, please contact Kevin Petty, Sr. Mgr. Compella blower Service process:
- The customer contacts Batesville Customer Care.
- Batesville Customer Care creates a web RMA and then passes the RMA number, shipping label and JDE Work Order number to the Hill-Rom Field Service Rep. (The Field Service Reps can also create their own web RMAs.)
- The Field Service Rep then goes to the customer’s facility, picks up the blower and uses the shipping label to ship the unit to SKF Product Service.
- Product Service ships the repaired blower to the Hill-Rom Service Center and the Field Service Rep returns to the customer’s facility with the repaired unit for installation.
