Compella Blower Service

Welch Allyn Product Service does repair of the Blower for the Compella Bariatric bed.

If we receive a call from a Hill-Rom Field Service Rep about the status of a blower repair, please ask them for the SAP (or web RMA) number that begins with a “9”.  If you receive call  from an end-user or are unable to answer a Field Service Rep’s question, please contact Kevin Petty, Sr. Mgr. Compella blower Service process: 

 

  1. The customer contacts Batesville Customer Care. 
  2.  Batesville Customer Care creates a web RMA and then passes the RMA number, shipping label and JDE Work Order number to the Hill-Rom Field Service Rep.  (The Field Service Reps can also create their own web RMAs.)  
  3. The Field Service Rep then goes to the customer’s facility, picks up the blower and uses the shipping label to ship the unit to SKF Product Service. 
  4. Product Service ships the repaired blower to the Hill-Rom Service Center and the Field Service Rep returns to the customer’s facility with the repaired unit for installation.
