If a WA Sales rep calls about their CSM demo unit needing configuration:

The CSM demo units you are receiving have a factory default configuration set up in them. This configuration was loaded to enable us to get through our PQ builds and get the demo units to the field as soon as possible.

In an effort to make these units more compatible with your demonstration needs, I have created a new configuration for you to load to your CSM.

Please contact your SRS or go to SAVO to get the instructions to load the configuration on your system
