Overview

There are two types of Delivery Assistance Offerings;

1. Delivery Assist is a service offered for CIWS, CSM, CVSM, Spot and formerly Spot Lxi devices to set up and provide delivery assistance for new equipment on request. This service includes;Unboxing/Removal of debris and setting up of devices, Inventory of Devices, Assistance with Deployment and Registering Device Warranties / Partners in Care activations, if appropriate.

2. Freight Delivery is a stress delivery offering for various stress systems and treadmills. The specific product offerings to which the service applies can be located below within the Stress Delivery Offerings Marketing Presentation linked below. This concierge program was previously known as I-CAT or White Glove Delivery. This service includes; Dock to Dock delivery via FedEx and the ability for distribution to deliver to a final destination on behalf of customer.
