Direct Team Transfers

When to transfer a customer to Direct / Govt team:

If they mention they may have a "contract", if they insist they have special pricing, or if they mention a GPO contract (NDC, Novation, Premier, MedAssets), FSS (GSA), DoD (Department of Defense), Cerner or Indian Health. 

If a Distributor asks about contract pricing, transfer them to the Direct team as well.
