As of November 2020, we no longer offer flat rate freight fees for Distributor Call-In Orders.

For Drop Ship Freight Quote Process for Distributor Telephone orders refer to the Freight Responsibility Guidance. The full Distributor terms can be located here.

For large scale orders requiring freight quotes, where the Distributor/Customer is responsible for freight, contact Brian Pille. Make sure to have all appropriate information; product, quantity, destination address.

Please do not have the Distributor/Customer contact Brian Pille. 

For shipments less than 400lbs Customer Service / Technical Support is able to quote via FedEx. For requests larger than 400lbs, they should be drected INTERNALLY by Customer Service/ Technical Support to Brian Pille to quote as an LTL Truck Shipment.
