EMR Customer Issues

 We need to make sure we create a notification for every EMR issue that a customer is calling in on or emailed us on.

No exception, even if you have to refer the customer back to the EMR.  Make sure that you add in the long text "no YR needed" statement.  Later on if it is determined to be an issue with our product, we can add a YR.  If you have any questions. please see me.
