PIC phone Number

A Partners in Care Service Agreement with Welch Allyn includes access to our  priority phone line for technical support.  The priority line puts PIC customers in a special call queue for faster service with less wait time.                              

If a customer calls in on the regular 800#, and you confirm they have a PIC service agreement, you may give them the priority phone number to use for future calls for that device.                             

The PIC priority phone number is 866-422-2220 option 2.
