Plant change for ELI PCBs

On February 1^st, 2021, the delivering plant for the below materials that require programing will default to 1070 for customer orders. Product Service will perform checks to locate new orders, program the PCB and forward it to the shipping team so they may fill the order.  Do not change the plant on the sales order as this will result in a PCB shipping to a customer without programming. 

The SAP Sales Text for these materials will be updated to:

Requires programming. Create sales order from RMA. Order should default to plant 1070. Attach dispatch form to the Sales Order. Orders for Welch Allyn Locations do not require programming and will be shipped from plant 1088.
