Important ProBP2400 Serial Number information

When searching for ProBP2400 equipment records in SAP:

Enter asterisk * then enter last 8 digits/characters of SN as stated by customer.  This will surface the associated ProBP2400 equipment record in SAP.

 Special Internal Note: There are 3,000 devices provided by manufacturer that when scanned at shipping put "JC121" in front of the true device serial number.  We should not share w/ the customer their serial number begins with JC121.
