ProBP Service Options

The ProBP3400 has many service options.  Before you advise a customer know the options and when to use them. Exchange is preferred. Return and Repair is a good option for when customer wants to verify accuracy (Calibration). 

Loaner should rarely be offered as an option.   Once an option is chosen it is highly suggested not to change once you have executed the process (Exchange Order or Repair Order).

Return and Repair:

·         Calibration

·         Customer wants to maintain SN for their Database

·         This takes longer and if a repair is required (fails verification) it is the same cost as exchange

Advance Exchange (Preferred):

·         Fast and Cost efficient  

·         Ships 2nd day

·         Does not include battery or accessories

Loaner:

·         Not cost effective, encourage exchange / only offer if customer needs to maintain database AND has sense of urgency

·         $189.00 + $210 + repair cost more than the cost of an exchange.
