If a distributor or customer asks for written information on our products relating to Prop 65, please forward the request to Alan Hatch in QA/RA.

These requests are being handled by the QA/RA team and there is a companywide project.

We have received requests from all of our top distributors and their requests are in queue.

Here is an update that can be shared if needed … 

There are 18178 materials that are utilized within the Welch Allyn product portfolio to which need to be assessed – of those, 7265 materials (40%) have been assessed as of 2019-01-04.  The assessment is expected to be completed by month end 2019-04.  As all of the materials within a given products have been assessed, we will be declaring as required via labeling updates; if there is an outstanding material within a given product that hasn’t been assessed yet, no declaration will be made.

This can be told to any and all customers asking us for forms to be completed.
