·         We bill by the Physician READ date

·         If only 1 image/eye is submitted, and that image is readable with a diagnosis IT IS BILLABLE

·         If only 1 image/eye is submitted, and that image is NOT readable IT IS NOT BILLABLE

·         If 2 images/both eyes are submitted, and both are readable with diagnoses IT IS BILLABLE

·         If 2 images/both eyes are submitted, and one is readable, and the other is not IT IS NOT BILLABLE

·         If multiple images are submitted for the same patient, WE ARE UNABLE TO CREDIT

Settlement dates are for the full month. Settlement dates for READS in 2018 billing is SAP.
