SureSight Vision Screener:

Note: This is for the Vision Screener only (model 14000)

The SureSight Vision Screener software has changed from V2.20 to V2.25. The new software changes the referral criteria that are embedded in the software when the device is in child mode.

In addition, the SureSight Vision Screener will be shipped in minus cylinder convention. Since different eye care providers express astigmatism in different forms, it is possible for the customer to change the cylinder convention of their SureSight. The DFU has instruction to change the SureSight from minus to plus cylinder convention.

If a customer wants to upgrade their device to SW V2.25, they can send it to Welch Allyn to upgrade it for a $85.00 fee.
