Syringe Calibration

Syringe Calibration Service Requests:

It’s this simple:   If you have a customer who wants a Syringe Calibration, please email the customer the attached form.  Syringe Calibrations are performed by a vendor, AM Systems.  

If a customer calls to pay for a syringe calibration order that has already been processed and invoiced, follow the normal credit card process and obtain an encrypted token number following normal procedures.

Email Judy Natalizio AND copy [email protected] with the invoice number to alert them to manually process the credit card payment. (Please do not put the credit card information in the email.) Medical Credit will process the credit card manually. (Customer Care is unable to process a credit card payment after an order has been invoiced.)

Syringe Calibration Request Form & Letter

The customer letter explains the process.  We do mailings to customers who own a Calibration Syringe to remind them of suggested annual calibration for the syringe.
