Veterinary Inquiries

Always ask discovery questions,  so you know what type of customer you are assisting.

• End user Veterinary customers should be referred to Veterinary Distributors for product purchase. Veterinary Distributors are located here
• For product questions you are not able to answer, refer End User customer to their  Veterinary Distributor - or if urgent please refer them to Dorothy Rizzo, x2580, [email protected]. 

• If a Veterinary Distributor rep has questions you are not able to answer, please refer them to Dorothy Rizzo, x2580, [email protected]. 

Please do NOT direct Veterinary Distributors to our 'regular' sales reps.  Hillrom Sales reps will just end up sending them to Dorothy and the customer will experience an unnecessary delay.
