INTERNAL USE:  We have a staff of Clinicians that are on call Monday-Friday from 8am to 8pm EST.   Clinicians are available for Acute Care customers only, for the following products:

CSM
CVSM
Connex VM/CS
SureTemp thermometers
Braun thermometers
Spot
Spot LXi

Acute Care customers only: Email Grant Huff <[email protected]> with customer contact information and request details, and he will refer to one of the clinicians on call.

For clinical questions for Non Acute Care customers and all other products, contact Melissa Davis, and she can escalate to the appropriate Product Specialist.
