What is WatchCare?

This is a disposable pad to monitor moisture in patient beds.

WatchCare Order Entry & Order Status: WatchCare product will launch sometine on June 2019.  Our CS team will occasionally take Distributor orders for WatchCare product.

Technical Support: HillRom reps in Batesville will provide troubleshooting, but Service Notifications and complaints will be created by our team in Skaneateles. 

HillRom reps will report complaints on WatchCare to our team, and we are responsible for creating any needed Service Notifications/YRs/replacement orders.
