Is there anything to consider initially or any lessons learned from other implementations?

It is recommended to have educators complete the Voalte eLearning courses (Voalte One and Voalte Messenger) ahead of scheduled onsite education. It is a best practice to perform Train the Trainer (TTT) alongside end-user training, as this gives the added feel of the types of questions and comments staff will have and allowing everyone to feel prepared beyond just knowing the technology. Once an end-user class schedule is determined, we would have the TTT sign-up for observation, team teaching and solo teaching sessions.
