Error Message: Invalid user name and password combination

The user name and/or password are incorrect, and the Voalte server did not receive an authorization from the LDAP server based on the information provided.
- Ensure that the user has an account created in the Voalte system. This can be checked through the Voalte Admin console.
- If they're not in admin, follow the facility specific process to have the user added.
- Ask the user to press the "Show" button on the right hand side of the password field to ensure they are typing in the password correctly.

- Ask the user to log into Voalte Messenger on a workstation since smartphone keyboards are different than computers to ensure that the information they're entering is correct.
- Request that the user reset their password which will require Active Directory support from the facility
Error Message: Not authorized to use this type of client

The user has not been setup with permission to access the client type they are attempting to log into
- Check Voalte Admin to see if the user has access to the application (Voalte One, Voalte Me, Voalte Messenger)

- If the user does not have Voalte One access, an extension is required before it can be enabled.
- If the user does not have Voalte Me permission, check with a hospital administrator before allowing.
