Mophie Juice Pack Air Charging Case RMA Process

The mophie Juice Pack Air Charging Case comes with a manufacturer warranty covering major defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not include breakage and wear and tear. Coverage.

Please note the following regarding RMA coverage for the mophie Juice Pack Air Charging Case.

Physical damage.

All mophie Juice Pack Air Charging Cases with physical damage will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Examples of physical damage that will not be accepted for RMA include cracks from excessive drops, fading, lost side switches, etc.

Battery life.

The mophie Juice Pack Air Charging Case is rechargeable for 500 full cycles. (Click here to view the mophie Juick Pack Air Charging Case User Manual.) In a shift-based model where users are returning the mophie Juick Pack Air Charging Case to the charging cabinet at the end of every shift, the average mophie Juice Pack Air Charging Case is expected to reach 500 charge cycles in 12 months. Customers should plan a battery refresh every year. mophie Juice Pack Air Charging Cases older than 12 months will not be accepted for RMA.

RMA Process.

Please begin the RMA process by completing the mophie Return Materials Authorization Form.

All mophie Juice Pack Air Charging Case RMAs purchased through Hillrom (Voalte) must be routed through Hillrom Logistics. To initiate the RMA process for your mophie Juice Pack Air Charging Case, create a support ticket by emailing [email protected]. The ticket will be assigned to Hillrom Logistics, which will manage the RMA with you and mophie.
