The 50 mile distance from a service center rule for contract acceptance will not apply to Welch Allyn products (Vitals or Cardio). There will be no minimum distance rule.

The Minimum Contract Quantities will still apply:

• Cardio Stress products (QStress, XScribe, Surveyor ) – Min. 1 under contract at location
• Cardio Resting (ELIs) – Min. 5 under contract at location
• Vitals – Min. 10 under contract at location
