There are currently 3 Coupon Codes live in the Parts Store. 2 are not available for public use and are only being shared with customers that belong to specific lists that were created.
Customers are being notified of the specialty coupon codes via a post card mailer and personal calls from the Inside Sales team. These coupons codes are not being shared outside of a small customer group but everyone should be aware that they exist in case a customer calls with an issue with one.
These must be used in the Parts Store and will not be honored for phone orders.

Customers inquiring about Distributor Specific Promotions should contact their Hillrom Sales Representative.
Promotion submissions are done via the website, and the promo URL is located on the individual promotion form.
If a customer is having difficulty submitting via the web, they may fax in their info. Promotions Fax Number: 585-720-4031.
If a customer is inquiring on the status of a promo:
Promotions with Rebate - Status inquiries: Ask customer if they submitted W-9 form (Over $500 total rebate) & Contact [email protected] (Customer info, promo info, purchase info needed)
If a customer is inquiring on an expired promotion they should be referred to their Hillrom Sales Representative for further guidance.
School Health Redemption Promos - Spot Vision Screener

· You’ll notice we do not have MC numbers on these campaigns. Customers may give us the School Health campaign ID # (on the lower right) – this number serves as the ID number.
· Remember these offers are ONLY for School Health customers.
· For status inquiries on School Health redemption promos, first ask if the customer has submitted the online form on welchallyn.com website.
· Verify they submitted their W9 form for rebates over $500
· Inform them it may take 6-8 weeks to receive their rebate after redemption form is submitted
· Rebate will come in the form of a corporate check payable by Welch Allyn in approximately 60 days. After redeeming promotional services online customer will receive an activation card for Partners in Care agreement. Please note: The Partners in Care agreement will not be valid until activated and will start from the shipping date of the card
· You can always email systeam with status inquiries. Try to get an ID #, and customer facility, address and contact information, and date redemption form was submitted
Free Product Promotion Order Status: Promotion orders are processed in batches once a week.
· Search PO field in ZOTCM: Use Confirmation ID number from email sent when promo order is created - An automated Email is sent to email address entered when promo is submitted online
· If not able to locate, request customer send original Promo flyer/order form to you, then forward to Systeam, with the following information:
- The promo and website link information.
- The date they said they submitted the form.
- The material they were hoping to obtain as part of the promo.
- The end user’s shipping address information.
