Preparation for AirWatch Enrollment
- Power on device
- Confirm device is connected to Wi-Fi
- Confirm OS version, CommonES/PowerTools version, AirWatch Agent and Honeywell Helper apk installed
- Confirm device is on correct OS
- How to check -
- Tap Settings
- Scroll and Tap About Phone
- Scroll to Build Number
- Confirm correct OS on Services Info Sheet - or - with Voalte Project Manager/Customer Success Manager for account
- Marshmallow OS is: 71.01.14 (0223)
- If device is not on correct OS, please follow upgrade instructions
- Confirm device is on correct CommonES/PowerTools
- How to check -
- Tap PowerTools
- Tap Backup
- Tap Allow on 4 prompts (if needed)
- Tap 3 dots in top right corner
- Tap About
- Confirm correct CommonES/Powertools version on Services Info Sheet - or - with Voalte Project Manager/Customer Success Manager for account
- CommonES/Powertools for 71.01.14-0223 Marshmallow is: 4.01.00.4023
- If device is not on correct CommonES/Powertools, please follow upgrade instructions
- Confirm device has AirWatch Agent and Honeywell Helper apk's installed
- Minimum version for Marshmallow OS:
- AirWatch Agent 8.1
- Honeywell Helper 3.1
Enroll into AirWatch via QR Code
- Launch AirWatch Agent apk
- Tap QR Enrollment
- Scan QR code
- QR code to be created by Voalte with AirWatch Enrollment information
- Code contains:
- AirWatch Server URL
- Customer GroupID
- Customer Enrollment Username
- *Password must be entered manually
- Enter Customers Enrollment Password
- Click through AW Screens (accept, continue, grant, etc)
- Device will reboot when configuration xml file is downloaded to device
- Once device reboots, swipe to unlock screen (continue to wait)
- Device will check and install new software (continue to wait)
- Device will play a sound once the configuration file is installed,

- Pull down notification bar and click on "Provisioining", in the top right click the 3 dots then select Clear Complete and Errors
- Click AirWatch Agent
- Wait for "Configure" screen - tap Continue, click Exit
- Launcher launches
- Tap Grant
- Tap Launcher
- Toggle On
- Voalte Launches
- Tap back arrow on Voalte Pink Screen
- Click Dismiss
- Add Voalte to Do Not Optimize
- Settings
- Battery
- Add Voalte App to Do Not Optimize
- Scanner - *IF NEEDED*
- Please confirm with Services Info Sheet - or - with Voalte Project Manager/Customer Success Manager for account
- Tap Settings
- Tap Scanning
- Tap Internal Scanning
- Tap Default Profile
- Tap Trigger Settings
- Tap Enable Scan Trigger
- Turn OFF
Secure Launcher Manual Settings
- Clear all running applications by swiping off screen
- Tap Launcher
- Tap Always
- Voalte One Relaunches
- Wait for Voalte Login screen to present
- Tap anywhere on screen
- Tap notification above Keyboard "Suggest contact names? Touch for info."
- This will remove the notification
- Reboot Device
- Wait for Voalte to go to login screen
- Power off device
