TC51 - How to Pull Logs

Android File Transfer Utility:

The Android File Transfer tool is needed (For Macs) to pull any kind of logs from an Android device (MC40, CT50) and can be found here: https://www.android.com/filetransfer/

Unlike the iPhone, both sets of logs (App and device) are pulled through the same process.

Plug the TC51 into your laptop using a Zebra charging cup or a USB-C cable.
On the TC51, drag your finger from the top of the device down to expose the notificaiton drawer.
Tap "USB charging this device.
Tap "Transfer files"
Launch Android Files Transfer (you may need to force close and reopen the program).
Click and drag the folder titles RxLogger onto your desktop.
Rename and zip the folder and attach to appropriate ticket.
