Please use this article to verify that the software you are updating to is validated with your version of Voalte One.
Updating Versity software has two steps:
Pointing the Sys Updater application to the correct location can be done remotely with the MDM. For Voalte Connect customers, Voalte will be able to complete this process when requested through a support ticket. For other customers, load the Spectralink Sys Updater application into your MDM (from the Play Store) and set up the App Config for the application. If Voalte is uploading the file to the server (explained next step), then the following information should represent your Sys Updater settings.

Note: If the software file is already loaded onto the server, pushing out this app config will trigger the download and installation of the software.
A Voalte systems engineer can load the desired file onto the server so that the Versitys at your hospital can reach out and begin the installation. Please submit a Voalte support ticket indicating which software version you are on and which you are looking to upgrade to. Spectralink sometimes has multiple software files for the same version for the different software versions that the Versity could currently be on.
e.g. Upgrading from 1.0 to 1.3 is a different file than upgrading from 1.2 to 1.3.
Note: If your Sys Updater app is already configured, the download and installation process will begin as soon as the file is uploaded to the server.
Refer to Spectralink's documentation for more details on how to update the software of the Versity.
