Voalte Family is a HIPAA-compliant application for clinicians and patients. It allows clinical staff to securely and easily update a patient’s family members with text or photos. Caregivers can conveniently add patient family members via QR code or SMS invite in order to quickly receive timely updates about their family member.
Client applications are available starting 10/19/21. Please reach out to your Voalte representative for more information.
The minimum operating system required for the Voalte Family client is:
Android clients: Oreo (8.0)
iOS clients: iOS 14.0
This release resolves an issue with iOS devices not properly receiving Push Notifications.
[ADR]: Pertains to Android clients and will be listed if the issue only affects Android devices
[CG]: Pertains to the Caregiver mode of the client when an authorized Caregiver logs into the client
[FM]: Pertains to the Family Member mode of the client when a Family Member logs into the application
[iOS]: Pertains to iOS clients and will be listed if the issue only affects iOS devices
