Voalte Me Early Access

Overview.

Voalte is now offering early access to upcoming releases of Voalte Me. Early access is available seven days prior to the release of non-critical versions of Voalte Me.

Early access versions of Voalte Me are meant for testing purposes only, and should not be deployed clinically.

Testers on iPhones will be using a program called TestFlight for access. Read more on TestFlight here: https://developer.apple.com/testflight/testers/

Testers on Android phones will be using the Google Beta program for access.

How to enroll.

Once you are enrolled, you do not have to perform these steps again for early access to future versions of Voalte Me.

iPhone.

1. Download the TestFlight application from the App Store on the iPhone that will be used for testing.
2. Open the link sent to the email address provided in the sign-up form.
3. Accept the invitation to start test Voalte Me.
4. Once the invite is accepted, install Voalte Me. This will override any current version of Voalte Me on the iPhone.

IMPORTANT: TestFlight builds expire after 90 days. Testers should return to the App Store listing of Voalte Me prior to the expiration of the build. 

Android.

1. Open the link sent to the email address provided in the sign-up form.
2. Tap "Become a Tester"
3. Navigate to Voalte Me in Google Play and look for the option to update.
   • There will a delay between signing up as a tester and seeing the update.
4. Tap "Update" to receive the upcoming release of Voalte Me. This will override any current version of Voalte Me on the phone.

How to return to the public version of Voalte Me.

iPhone.

1. Navigate to the App Store and search for Voalte Me.
2. Tap the install icon to return to the public version of Voalte Me.

Note: This is recommended after testing has been completed. 

Android.

No action necessary.

How to unenroll.

iPhone.

1. Open the TestFlight application on the iPhone being used for testing.
2. Tap on Voalte Me and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap "Stop Testing." If you unenroll, you must resubmit a ticket to Voalte Support to get early access in the future.

Android.

1. Open the link sent to the email address provided in the sign-up form.
2. Tap "Leave the program".

Q&A.

• How do I know if I am still on a TestFlight build?
  • When looking at the home screen of the iPhone, Testflight builds will have a yellow dot to the left of the application name. The dot may appear orange or red depending on the background color of the iPhone.
