Voalte Me Enrollment Options

Below is a list of options for inviting Voalte Me users into the Voalte Platform system.

1. SMS Invite (Requires Voalte Platform 3.6+)
2. Email invitation with invite link (Requires Voalte Platform 3.6+)
3. Email invitation with the site code

SMS Invite

Requires Voalte Platform 3.6 or higher

• A mobile number is different from a preferred number
• You must have a user’s mobile number to send an enrollment text message.

Email invitation with the invite link

Requires Voalte Platform 3.6 or higher

You can send an email inviting your Voalte Me users to download the application. This email will need to contain the link that is provided in Voalte Admin under Manage -> Voalte Me Invite Message. This link will do one of two things depending on where it is opened:

1. If the link opened on a phone, it will direct the recipient to the App Store or Google Play Store, and will configure the application to the correct server automatically (via deferred deep linking).
2. If the link opened on a computer, it will direct the user to a website where he or she will need to enter a mobile number that the link can be sent to. Once the SMS is sent, the link provided in the SMS will direct the recipient to the App Store or Google Play Store, and will configure the application to the correct server automatically (via deferred deep linking).
