Voalte Me Welcome Emails

Welcome emails are an optional way of informing end users about the upcoming Voalte Me deployment. Below are a few examples that are catered to the various ways of onboarding the end users.

In some cases, you may want to include the Getting Started Guide to the email. The Getting Started Guide can be found in the Knowledge Base under "Resources" section.

 

Customers sending SMS invite (3.6+)

New customers

**MAKE SURE TO ATTACH GETTING STARTED GUIDE**

Welcome to Voalte Platform! 

At the request of your hospital, you have been added to Voalte Platform.  This will allow you to communicate with staff inside and outside of the hospital from your smartphone. 

Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to install the Voalte Me application. The getting started guide is also attached for more information.

Before installation:

  • Check the operating system of your smartphone:
    • iPhone - iOS 11.0 and above
    • Android – 5.1.1 and above

Install instructions:

1. Tap the Voalte Me link sent to your mobile number that will then open the App Store or Google Play store.

2. After the application is installed, open the application and follow the prompts.

3. To log in, enter your Voalte Me User ID and Password – assigned by the hospital.

Customers upgrading from 2.x to Platform

**MAKE SURE TO ATTACH GETTING STARTED GUIDE**

Welcome to Voalte Platform! 

At the request of your hospital, you have been added to Voalte Platform.  This will allow you to communicate with staff inside and outside of the hospital from your smartphone. 

Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to install the Voalte Me application. The getting started guide is also attached for more information.

Before installation:

  • Check the operating system of your smartphone:
    • iPhone - iOS 11.0 and above
    • Android – 5.1.1 and above
  • Remove the previous Voalte Me application (see icon image below for reference).
    • Deleting Voalte will also delete all of its data

Install instructions:

  1. Tap the Voalte Me link sent to your mobile number that will then open the App Store or Google Play store.

Note the new Voalte Me app has a different look. 

2. After the application is installed, open the application and follow the prompts.

3. To log in, enter your Voalte Me User ID and Password – assigned by the hospital.

Please follow these steps from within your iPhone or Android device.

1. Choose the link below to install Voalte Me:

2. After the application is installed, open the application and follow the prompts.

3. When asked for the site code, type in the following: ADD HOSPITAL CODE HERE

4. To log in, enter your Voalte Me User ID and Password – assigned by the hospital.
