Voalte Support Bulletin: Voalte Platform User Assignments

 

Voalte has noticed that a small number of users are assigning themselves to large numbers of units, which can cause performance inefficiencies.   When users assign themselves to a large number of units, all users may notice delays with Voalte One™and Voalte Me™. The number of assignments a user has is directly tied to the number of unit look-ups that occur on the system.  To achieve the best user experience, we ask that users sign into 30 units or less.  We will be reaching out to all users who are currently over this limit.
