When I wake up my Android Voalte One device, why does it say ‘Reconnecting’?

If your device is showing "reconnecting" on the Voalte pink lock screen, please troubleshoot the following:

1. Check the Battery Optimization setting. Voalte One should be set to Do Not Optimize. This will impact receiving notifications in a timely manner.
2. Verify that the Wi-Fi is enabled.
3. Check the Wi-Fi network that the phone is connected to. It is possible that the wrong network is saved and preventing the app from reaching the server.
